Do you really have the best quality water?
Absolutely. Water quality is something we proudly stand behind. Water quality test results are available upon request. Simply contact us for a copy, and we'll even go over it with you together.
Where are you located?
Our office is located in Bergen County, NJ.
Is the bottle deposit refundable?
Yes. The deposit is $7 per bottle and is refunded when bottles are permanently returned in good condition.
Why is delivery free only at 5+ bottles?
Fuel and route costs have risen a lot, so we set a minimum order size to keep delivery free without cutting corners on service. Orders of 1-4 bottles include a $15 delivery fee; 5 or more bottles ship free.
Can I choose every 2 weeks or every 4 weeks?
Yes. The plan builder supports both delivery cadences.
Do I need to be home for delivery?
No. You can designate a drop spot, leave empties there, and the route team can exchange bottles during your scheduled window.
Can offices subscribe?
Yes. OnTime Water serves homes and offices, including teams, waiting rooms, studios, and small businesses.
